When searching for OneNote 2016 on the Windows Start menu or in the Uninstall or change a program list in Windows Control Panel, OneNote 2016 appears to have been removed without the user’s knowledge or permission. OneNote 2016 for Windows can no longer be found on a PC where it had been previously installed as part of any edition of Microsoft Office.
